This event is intended to support clinicians who are undertaking research or have an interest in developing their skills in research and establishing a research portfolio.
It will be suitable for novice and more experienced researchers and will also benefit clinicians who wish to receive feedback on their research project methodology and approach.
There will be focus on broader directions and priorities in translational research, funding opportunities and ongoing support for researchers.
The day will be a great opportunity to share knowledge between clinicians and researchers and will be a good platform to establish future research collaborations with ACI networks.
This event is aimed at doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and managers that work in NSW health services and consumers contributing to ACI networks.

Getting to the venue
The WIMR is located on the Corner of Glebe Point Road and Leichhardt Street, Glebe. The nearest cross streets are Cotter Lane and Leichhardt Street. Wheelchair access is available via the Ground Level lift.
We are easily accessible by bus and light rail. The bus stop is directly outside our front entrance and the light rail station is within ten minutes walk.
A bus stop is located directly in front of the Institute. Several State Transit buses service the area and link with a number of ferry and rail services.
