Models of Care

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) places a high priority on developing flexible, evidence-based patient-focused models of care. The models of care are supported by easy to use guides and workshops to describe how best to provide care across the many specialty areas represented by the ACI networks.

Importantly, the models of care can be adapted to the various settings found in the NSW health system across metropolitan, rural, regional and remote NSW.
